The test is not expensive.

A recent K2 megadosing, mewing and chewing result with a bone density scan:

Can't megadose vitamins and the DEXA clinic nearby only does the full-body type of scan (to check hips and spine). Hopefully someone else is willing to do this, the scan results seem interesting.
eta: While researching this topic, I read about how it's important to use the same machine for every test because there can be slight differences between each machine that could skew the result.
Remember this pain... and let it activate you.
Holy crap! I would NEVER mega dose those. K2 can give heart troubles. D supplementation is a poor substitute for the sun (and you cannot overdo D3 from sun as it kills off excess).. though you can overdo supplementation levels. You can try it if you wish.. but knowing what I know now... I would have never gotten on D supplementation. Remember, it's like synthetic hormone replacement. However, I would test vitatmin D levels (2 & 3 separately) to see where they are at. :-)
The idea that megadosing those particular vitamins will increase bone density ignores the biology of bone formation. Even outside the science, we can look at ancient martial arts and see that if you want bone density the most important factor is regular and repeated force; punching sacks of rice, or hitting hands against stone every morning. The practice was so engrained they would use the same stone, and the eventual goal was to pound the stone into a sphere, and they'd do just that after a lifetime of waking every morning to pound flesh against stone.
A lot of human biology is about signaling, and simply increasing nutrient avaiability isn't the signal that is involved with bone remodeling. It is a signal, very peripheral to anabolism, but not one to where doing it is going to be the difference between getting results of not. It also ignores that physiologically supplementation goes against how the gut absorbs nutrients from food. Huge megadoses that flood your bloodstream and require organs to work overtime is...well it's bro-science for sure and I wouldn't recommend it because frankly nutritional science is not in a place in which we have these things figured out. Too many unanswered questions which are foundational to understanding 'how much of each of these do I need to insure I don't cause unintended consequences'.
Supplements can definitely improve bone density. Case in point LGD-4033.
However to TRULY know if bone density improves for you you have to do bone density DEXA scans BEFORE and AFTER taking course of supplements.
That would be actually scientific and not broscience way of doing it.
