I see a lot of debate about the ideal sleeping position. So what is best for spine alignment and facial development?

Back sleeping with no pillow, or what about something like this:

once a doctor  (which was specialised in sleep and sleep problems) said to my you can force yourself to sleep some way your body will do what is relaxed for the body

my myself I recommend if you have a really wide and flat palate and you have good tongue posture you can sleep on your back so you can sleep symmetrical.

but if you have a hard time keeping tongue posture at night I recommend sleeping on the side with your hand under your pillow.

I’ve found this to be true. My body seeks the position that opens my airway the most.

I suspect that as my airway expands I’ll probably shift away, naturally, from stomach sleeping.

having balanced muscle mass is more important for bone development, they play the best role on spine and posture.
i have been doing mobility aka fullbody strecth for past months and it made my neck/body posture alot balanced.

for sleep, it's important to how u have good airway, but without bad neck posture.

dont sleep on your back that will just increase snoring and sleep apnea along with decreasing lyphatic transport effiectientcy and that isnt helpful but infact harmful. I reccommend sleeping on your side and using you arm as a pillow because thats how are ansectors slept. Also dont worry about assemetry because your body will naturally switch sides in the duration of the night *20 times per night ( and thats out of your control )
