tipping upper front teeth with tongue?

do you think i could try purposefully putting my tongue on my teeth to push them forward?

if you wanted to tip them outwards more, sure

look up tongue thrust

If your palate is narrow this will only procline your incisors but your mandible won't slide forward. Look up bimaxillary protrusion and see what a narrow palate with procline incisors looks like. 

Wide upper palate + proclined incisors is ideal. But it has to be much wider than your lower palate for mandible protraction to be possible.

@eddiemoney my palate is 35-40 mm wide but i used to grind for years and have no tongue posture so my upper front teeth are VERY retroclined i am confident that if i can procline them my overbite will be fixed
