I mew for about 7 months and i have seen some changes.Although it is only lately that i do this right.1 week now and i have noticed that the bone under the eyes has came closer to the eyes than before making them SMALLER.Also their shape has changed and they have become rounder i think. The shape might be in my mind actually but i am preety sure that they decreased in size.Although for some reason i dont have completely get used to them.Anyway i have some questions in case sb has experienced sth similar?I forgot to mention that the brow bone is a bit more nlticeable when i touch jt with my finger.

Are these changes positive or negative?Because when i touch my face with my hands i can see it is more defined than before but somehow it feels uglier than before to me.Perhaps this might have sth do that i eat more than before to put up muscle mass and that is why i want to learn if these are considered positives.

I got these changes with a fixed retainer retainer in the front upper teeth(proof it isn inhibit posture improvements)I would like to hear some thoughts.

Same has happened to me. I consider it good since scleral show has been reduced and my eyes look less bug like

Makes sense. Smaller eyes on men are deemed more attractive. It means they're more well supported and set further back in the skull. look up "hunter eyes"

Maybe during all that mewing you all forgot to drink water >) and your eyes shriveled up haha.

My congenital ptosis seems to be improving tho... but the overbite is getting worse and I swear the incisors aren't tipping :S its like all my premolars, canines and incisors moved forward, but they have the same relationship... so its not tipping.

I don't know about all that. Large eyes can be attractive on anyone. What isn't attractive is unhealthy looking eyes or eyes out of proportion with the skull (Aziz Ansari type eyes).

Also deep set eyes aren't part of attractiveness either since someone like David Gandy (and actually many male models) have eyes set relatively forward (but with hooding). The hooding itself is in their case what causes the specific look as opposed to being deep set. Michael Cera has very deep set eyes and otoh is not considered attractive even though his eyes are technically more well protected .

IMO attractiveness is more about the golden ratio than specific types of features.

@eddiemoney elaborate on the golden ratio and how to achieve it. Imo attractiveness is based on the maxila and harmony, which the face having a certain "averageness".

CW Maxilla rotation is very common from mewing, it's not desirable, I think that you may have gotten that. Has your gonion moved back into your neck? Has your ramus rotated inwardly(top part moving forwards)? Has your gonial angle sharpened? Is the back of your upper palate higher than the front?

Does this mean that the person is not mewing properly?
