I could be completely wrong but your maxilla looks like it might be fine.

Focus on head posture (i.e. chin tucks) and full body posture. This can help your lower jaw come forward over time.

@drunkwithcoffee The lower jaw can't come forward any further as I have been in twin blocks to move the lower forward and don't have an overbite anymore.

Do physical exercise, its the only way to get a stronger chin. And stop mewing

@bluesky13 No. It will only make it worse. "Mewing" is something only a few genetically blessed people will be able to do, naturally.

The tongue has extensive motor and sensory integration with the brain. The nerves on the tip of the tongue are directly connected to the brain stem, a crucial hub that directs basic bodily processes such as your vision, jaw joint pain signals or diaphragmatic breathing. When you interfere with that, by adopting a tongue posture that isn't natural, aka "mewing", you're essentially cutting important signals to your brain aswell as potentially messing up your facial musculature, pain signals, wrinkles, frown and forehead lines, jaw jpoint issues, teeth grinding etc..

Your ocular musculature for example, which ur masseters are a big part of, is deeply conected with your tongue, the mandible and the jaw joints aswell as the diaphgram. When you run, you will never "mew". Your hear rate comes up, adrenaline and dopamine goes up, blood rushes to the head and all the different musculature, the neck muscles tense up, Your eyes will open, masseters tense up, the tongue presses on the bottom jaw bringing your whole head forward with it without your teeth touching
